The Original Rainwater Pillow®: Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc.,warrants that for twelve months from the date of purchase that The Original Rainwater Pillow will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty extends to the initial purchaser of The Original Rainwater Pillow, and is valid for the twelve months from the date of purchase. If within twelve months from the date of purchase, the product shall prove to be defective, it shall be repaired or replaced at Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., option. The original receipt of purchase is required to determine warranty eligibility.
The Original Rainwater Pillow is not warranted against: acts of God, abuse, tampering, freezing, alteration in design, overfilling, storage of liquids (other that rainwater), and problems associated with the lack of filter maintenance. The Original Rainwater Pillow may not be used for the transportation of liquids, and the warranty does not extend to such uses.
Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., is not responsible for water damage caused by The Original Rainwater Pillow if the drain is not maintained.

ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, CONTINGENT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR
LOSSES DUE TO A MALFUNCTION OF THE ORIGINAL RAINWATER PILLOW.
The Water Pump: Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., warrants the original consumer purchaser of the water pump that the water pump is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If within 12 months from the purchase date, the water pump shall prove to be defective, it shall be repaired or replaced at Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., option. The original receipt of purchase is required to determine warranty eligibility.
The water pump is not warranted against acts of God, nor shall the warranty apply to water pumps that, in the sole judgment of Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., have been subject to abuse, tampering, freezing, alteration in design, problems associated with the lack of filter maintenance, running the water pump with a restricted water flow, or running it without proper priming.
RAINWATER COLLECTION SOLUTIONS, INC., IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, CONTINGENT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES DUE TO A MALFUNCTION OF THE WATER PUMP.
Rainwater Collection Solutions, Inc., must be contacted regarding any warranty claim within ten days of the event giving rise to such claim at the address or phone number listed below.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
